Welcome to Just Jill! I am so excited you are here. This platform has been an idea and dream of mine for many years…and as I enter this new phase of my life, my second act, I can’t wait for us to spend a new kind of time together. Just you. Just me. Sharing stories, ideas, recipes, encouragement, tips and fun.
For more than 25 years, many of you welcomed me into your home via QVC. Thank you for continuing to hang in there with me. I’m so grateful for all of you. And, for those of you who are coming aboard from social media or just happened to stumble upon me, HELLO! I’m looking forward to forging wonderful friendships with all of you. I’ve been called the “girl next door” in my style and approach…I love that! Let’s think of ourselves as neighbors…good neighbors…kind neighbors…who like to be together to learn from each other- be it recipes, decorating ideas, gardening tips, or product finds- laugh together and have a safe space to be when life has us down. Sound good?
In the coming months, my goal is to have Just Jill be your go-to for all things home…from recipes and decorating, to gardening, organizing, gift giving and more. It will take time…but aren’t the best things worth waiting for? Just Jill has been a learning for me…from developing content on the social platforms, to learning how to create this blog, to establishing a YouTube channel (YES!! Check out the Just Jill Bauer channel on YouTube!! I’d be honored if you’d subscribe…doesn’t cost anything, but ensures you’ll see when our newest videos are up and running!) I’ll be honest, sometimes I’m definitely in over my head. But I haven’t drowned yet! Instead, I’m energized by the creative freedom and I’m loving every single moment.
Thanks for your patience, your encouragement, and for whatever it is you see in me. My years working on television sometimes classifies me as a “public figure”… and I’ve been fortunate to work along side some very famous people… but in the end, I’m Just Jill. What I’ve learned is that in the grand scheme of life, that’s JUST fine 🙂

Wishing you the best in all your endeavors. Use to live in Lancaster Co. PA 5 miles from Shady Maple, but due to a health crisis had to move closer to one of my daughters. Now home is right outside of Charlotte NC…too hot for us, but 9 houses away from my 10 year old granddaughter. ❤️ Enjoyed watching you on QVC but so enjoy your Just Jill site, feel like we are friends!

Congratulations on your blog! I’m sure it will be crammed full of tips, ideas, pictures, recipes and everything that makes a home, a home. You know I’ve been with you from the beginning. We have just signed a contract to remodel our master bath. Looking for tips, if you have any as I think you’ve remodeled rooms before. We have picked out the flooring, shower tile, shower inset tile, and the floor of the shower. Hope you have some ideas! Rosemary

This is fantastic Jill. I shopped the Q since 1994 so I have been a fan for quite some time. I loved watching YHJ, but this is even better. Why make a negative comment? If you know anything about television, segments are limited no matter who you are. This was Jill’s first one (and not her last). When will yours be on so we can tune in?
